【Testing method】

Bacteria use the type IV secretion systems (T4SS) to transport virulence factors into eukaryotic cells (such as Legionella pneumophila), passing on genetic material between bacteria, including the transmission of antibiotic resistance genes between different bacteria , To promote the spread of resistant bacteria.
